Dear HLE Family,

Please remember that all visitors must have a photo ID and visit the front office before entering the campus. Even those of you who volunteer often must visit the front office and follow the proper sign-in and sign-out procedures. No one is exempt from abiding by our procedures. All visitors must wear proper identification while on campus, whether that be a visitor badge or volunteer badge. Staff have been directed to stop any visitor not following these procedures and direct them to the front office. Please keep in mind you must be an approved volunteer to participate in any activities.Remember every day is a learning day at HLE.

Nutrition standards in school

Proposed rule for nutrition standards in schools.

 The USDA Food & Nutrition Service Child Nutrition Division has devised a proposed rule on nutrition standards for foods sold in schools, which could substantially change our current practice.
